How we cut the build loop: agents in every part of how Fasset runs

The fastest way to understand where money is going is to rebuild how your own company runs around agents. We’ve been doing that internally, and the changes are not incremental.

What we deleted

Whole categories of coordination work disappeared: status updates that an agent now writes, first-draft analysis that an agent now produces, the triage queue that an agent now clears before a human ever looks.

The math that changed

When the marginal cost of a competent draft drops to near zero, the constraint moves from “can we produce it” to “can we judge it well.” That shifts what we hire for and how small a team can ship something real.
